Job Description

  • Checking availability with hotels, transportation and service provider
  • Assure best rates apply
  • Manage in full the reservations flow
  • Review and comply with travel documentations with regards to rules and requirements
  • Build and manage a strong relationship with service providers and conduct spot visits when needed
  • Work in a zero free issue when it comes to reservations
  • Promote and sell services
  • Deal and support all kinds of cancellation in line with customer service ethics and in full abidance with the rules in force
