Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental hotel with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 4 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon, will reopen its doors after two years to embrace the community where it operates with the outstanding luxury it represents.As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for: ? Processing reservations by mail and telephone? Correct completion of records and reports? Ensuring that customer relations are kept at a high standard and that all complaints are dealt with in a satisfactory manner? Reconfirming block bookings, ensuring that correct rooming lists are received, and checking arrival times, rates and all other information on group bookings? Ensuring all reservations and requests are confirmed to correctly and within 24 hoursIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent mix of relevant work experience and education? Minimum of 1 year of related experience? Solid English written and spoken communication skills? Luxury experience is preferred
