The ideal candidate will join our Customer Success team to lead and manage our accounts in MEA and France.If you?re driven by delivering exceptional client experiences and possess a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to foster sustainability, this is your opportunity to make an impact.Your responsibilities will includeCustomer Onboarding & Implementation:

• Design and execute tailored implementation plans for new customers.
• Coordinate with our Configuration Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to set up and optimize customer systems (training, configuration, dashboards, product features).

Customer Success & Retention:

• Foster long-term relationships through tactical workshops, user engagement strategies, and updates aligned with our product roadmap.
• Monitor customer usage to drive continuous improvement and ensure satisfaction.

Support & Problem-Solving:

• Deliver exceptional customer support during scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with the Development team to address complex application issues and enhance user experiences.

Upselling & Expansion:

• Identify opportunities to upsell new modules and features to existing accounts, driving mutual growth and value.

Who we are looking for:Qualifications:

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and French is essential to support our global clientele.
• Experience: Background in import/export, international/domestic logistics, or metal recycling industries.
• Skills:
