A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Quality Manager.Main Duties:

Responsible for the development, execution & adherence of the Quality & food safety policy.
Responsible for the implementation of integrated Quality & Food safety management system.
Responsible for the implementation of integrated Pest management system.
Drive, develop, and support a Quality and Food safety culture mindset.
Develop the Quality & food safety KPI?s for the quality department & Incorporating Quality & food safety KPI?s.
Develop & implement effective customer complaint handling procedure.
Conduct Food safety & Quality audits to ensure 100 % compliances.
Responsible to hire, onboard, mentor, train, and coach Quality team members to ensure they are set up for success.
Support the preparation of certification audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and HALAL).
Works with team to establish systemic RCA analysis and establish appropriate corrective actions to address and manage the risk associated with any issue or troubleshooting.
Meet quality financial objective by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances & initiating corrective action.
Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance department and organization reputation.
Fulfil any task assigned by the management on priority based on business need.
