Job Description

The Quality Controller is accountable for monitoring the smooth functioning of a Service Center operations based on Apple guidelines and latest updates set and released. S/He will perform products repair evaluations, record inspections and results and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure the Apple Authorized Service provider (AASP) program is operating efficiently and effectively;
  • Conduct weekly visits to AASPs, inspect KBBS, internal processes, compliance and operational workflows;
  • Apply and follow up on the checklist of tasks to be performed in branches;
  • Inspect between 50 to 70 total KBBs, highlight and report issues found;
  • Inspect the full repair cycle from creation until closure and recommend improvements to the process;
  • Monitor CCTVs and the quality of repairs issuing regular evaluations;
  • Check the Certified Technicians? compliance and certifications? status and train them on important operational workflows;
  • Check tools availability and status;
  • Prepare and submit a visit report to the local Service Manager in accordance with the guidelines provided by the QA Manager;
  • Report on issues found, guide the Certified Technicians explaining the root cause and next course of action;
Handle the proper documentation of inspections and update as necessary.
