? Performs quality control checks and resends observations for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that product meets required quality and safety standards? Performs regular inspection as per product specification PRP and GMP requirements? Performs regular microbiological and chemical analysis? Assists in food safety management system function/auditing? Maintains records of all documents including master copies? Follows up on the traceability issues and production issues? Ensures that processes needed for the FSMS are established, implemented, and maintained by assuring the highest standards for ISO 22000 implementation? Prepares the food safety training calendar and deliver the lectures? Supervises, coordinates, trains, and evaluates the work of employees? Follows up with the pest control contractor/treatment and the cleaning chemicals making sure that the schedule is being properly followed? Performs regular audits onsite? Prepares minutes of meeting and agenda of upcoming meetings? Assists in product development and production scale-up? Oversees product data entry, assignments of product code, and development of Bill of materials? Requests raw materials specifications and other necessary documentation for ingredient and supplier approval? Ensures timely and accurate laboratory testing (internally and externally)? Ensures that established sanitation and safety standards are maintained (personal hygiene as well as premises)? Ensures quality check-up upon receiving of raw materials/ end of product/ packaging materials? Ensures all raw materials suppliers and packaging materials suppliers follows the requirement of the company? In charge of maintaining the laboratory and laboratory equipment safe? Handles the regular calibration and supervises the external calibration? Performs other tasks set by the manager
