A reputable company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Purchasing Officer.Main Duties:

Maintain vendor relationships, master file, and perform vendor evaluations.
Create, maintain, and monitor the execution of vendor contracts and coordinate for brand exclusivity.
Place and track purchase orders, negotiate prices, and monitor inventory.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and quality requirements.
Manage inbound and outbound documents and prepare procurement records.
Ensure standardized inventory receipt, maintain purchase order status, and coordinate payments.
Ensure goods quality, quantity, packing, and packaging adhere to policies and contracts.
Enter inventory into the system, resolve delivery and invoice discrepancies.
Collect feedback on product quality, generate claim reports, and investigate vendor disputes.
