Responsibilities-?????Knows the ISO 22000 and the IFS standards especially the purchasing process-?????Fills the appropriate ISO, IFS documents-?????Purchases the needs of the company with the best quality-price combination-?????Follows up with suppliers-?????Keeps track of the stock of all items-?????Purchases at the right time, with the right qualities-?????Follows up with all item prices-?????Always delivers the quantity needed by a department with the appropriate quality-?????Monitors the delivery and receiving of all items-?????Matches the products with the P.O and puts it on the system-?????Checks the quantity of the received and delivered products-?????Invoicing for delivery sales or samples-?????Timely submission of all the required reports
