Job Description

Our Client is a huge translation Company with different Technical & Commercial Sectors looking to hire an Experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to be based in Beirut, Lebanon.

  • Creating timelines and workflows customized for each project?s specific content type, volume, languages and file formats
  • Regular communication with customers and translator teams regarding project details and deadlines
  • Managing QA processes to ensure on-time, polished deliverable
  • Documenting processes and regularly suggesting improvements for future iterations
  • Supports sales team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals including quotas
  • Completes project risk analysis and defines mitigation actions of the risks identified
  • Creates project plans and schedules based on client-specific requirements; applies appropriate contingencies in planning and resourcing??
