Job Description

Our client is a holding company located in Luanda, Angola. They have been in the Angolan market for decades with diversified investments in Industry, operating in several business sectors. They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Beirut.Job Function:

  • Manage 2 commercial buildings located in Beirut
  • Coordinate facilities management
  • Manage and negotiate leasing contracts
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
