Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As a Plumber, you will be responsible for: Carrying out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water system, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer system, irrigation and fountain water systems and swimming pools Attending to repairs or replacement of all bathroom/toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back of the house areas Carrying out fan coil unit services in guest rooms, shops, public areas and offices Attending to all types of repair and maintenance work in the hotel premises including any new additional/Extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel Performing related duties and special projects as assignedIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: 2 years of plumbing experienceTechnical degree is a plus
