Job Description

Main Role: A wood company ,sister of us, is hiring a Plant Manager who is responsible of the overall operation of the factories: plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations. He oversees the daily production operations of the factories and ensures that all safety procedures are followed and all production goals are met.Key Activities:

  • Coordinates operations within the plant to make sure that work is being done effectively
  • Provides inputs for the management to insure compliance with the estimated cost
  • Plans and schedules the manufacturing process
  • Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and Team Members
  • Reviews production costs and product quality, and modify production programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division
  • Responsible for operating machinery
  • Directs and coordinates plant operations and ensures that the products that are manufactured meet the company?s standards, policies and practices
  • Keeps control over the budget and make sure that it is within the company?s standard practices
  • Maintains a clean and safe plant
