Job Description

A Reputable Catering Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Pizza Chef.Main Duties:

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
  • Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company?s recipes.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinating with the head chef for more supplies as needed.
  • Clean workstations before pizza preparation.
  • Ensure that all cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
  • Manage all food order slips and ensure that customers? orders are completed in a timely manner with high quality.
  • Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
