Responsibilities:- Assist the chef in preparing and producing oriental sweets according to instructions.- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients in required quantities following recipes.- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times during shifts.- Assist in packaging and labeling sweets for delivery or storage.- Help operate and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition.- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing ingredients and supplies in storage.- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef or supervisor.- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient production.
