Responsibilities:- Prepare and oversee the production of oriental sweets (e.g., kunafa, baklava, maamoul...) in alignment with the company?s recipes and standards.- Follow established recipes to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.- Supervise and guide assistants and workers in the production process, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.- Collaborate in developing new oriental sweets products that align with our 'brand identity and quality.- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workplace, tools, and equipment according to health regulations.- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, coordinate with procurement for restocking, and minimize waste.- Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting any issues for timely repair.- Ensure orders are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.- Stay updated with trends and techniques in oriental sweets to enhance the product range and introduce innovations.
