We are looking for a multi-skilled candidate with strong management and organizational skills. The selected individual will help Toters grow and manage the day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:

  • Managing the operations at all levels (Stock receiving, stock management, order fulfillment, and asset management)
  • Monitoring the performance of the warehouse supervisors
  • Ensuring the compliance of basic maintenance standards and, health and safety regulations
  • Leading on the recruitment of new warehouse employees
  • Executing daily inspections on the warehouses
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments if needed
  • Meeting the KPI targets set by the management.
Requirements:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Responsible individual who is able to wear multiple hats to get the job done
  • Strong organization and management skills
  • Detail oriented, no detail is too small
  • Constant internet connectivity with ability to work 6 days per week
