Work Location: Khaldeh, Sea Side road, Behind Daou stationWorking Hours: (Night Shift) From Monday until Saturday, from 9 PM until 8 AM, 2 days off (Terms are negotiable).Duties & Responsibilities:1-????? Build good connections and partnerships with the night shift team and also with colleagues2-????? Identify and address problems or issues to the personnel manager3-????? Reply to all e-mails and WhatsApp chats during working hours4-????? Implement a good framework to get the highest possible efficiency in performing tasks5-????? Customize delivery needs to our guests and provide the team with all requested needs to make sure everything is updated and understood6-????? ?Ability to lead the team and solve problems in a time-efficient manner7-????? Analyze workflow process and implement changes after getting the approval from the personnel manager or the operations manager8-????? Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures9-????? Collect and enter all contracts or invoices received during the shift on the software ----- (Rentway) ---- and ensure that they are clearly submitted.
