Job Description

IFP Group is looking to recruit an Operations Officer based in Lebanon. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in an operational job requiring extensive organization and coordination.The candidate will execute the after-sales, and on-site operations of assigned show(s) (including conferences, exhibitions, and other relevant IFP events) to ensure seamless after-sales coordination and excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update the show(s) floorplan using the existing floor management tools.
  • Prepare and monitor all event-related logistics (transportation, cleaning, catering, security, internet access, etc.) in coordination with concerned parties.
  • Inspect all booked stands and spaces during the build-up phase, ensuring that build-up standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to exhibitors as part of the show management activities.
