Job Description

A Money Transfer Company based in Beirut, is looking for a dynamic Operation Manager with aminimum of five years managerial experience in facilities management (banks, money transfer/ exchange... companies). The right candidate will be able ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way, for improving operational management systems and for helping the organization?s processes remain legally compliant.Duties:

  1. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  2. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  3. Research about market and competitors? new products and technology related to the Mobile Money Industry.
  4. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  5. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  6. Ensure the staff compliance with Lebanese and International regulations.
  7. Plan inventory for materials and equipment.
  8. Improve processes to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.
  9. Ensure staff compliance with Lebanese and International regulations.
  10. Organize meetings with staff on a regular basis.
  11. Improve quality of customer service.
  12. Train and supervise staff.
  13. Determine the policy of spread and expansion according to geography and demography.
  14. Ensure accelerated financial services and customer satisfaction.
