The role is a mirror role to the CEO role and there will be touchpoints relevant to Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Project Management, Customer Service, Compliance, HR, Security, Customer Service, Finance, business operations etc.Key Responsibilities:Communicate Senior Executive direction to a substantial program, portfolio of programs, or portfolio of functions across the Company.Tasks may include contract or budget implementation, and monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes to contribute to achievement of Company objectives and outcomes.Communicate and supervise, as per the directions of MD, the implementation of strategic plans and decisions, and participate as a member of the Executive, to achieve the corporate objectives and outcomes.Deputize for the MD during periods of absence, and in relation to specific matters, issues or elements of business operation as delegated from time to time by the MD, ensuring a consistency of approach and decisions which align with the Companys objectives.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and nurture effective communication with strategic partnershipsTake the lead role for the improvement and implementation of strong compliance Focus on cost and timeline of project execution according to international standardInternal: Handle and coordinate day to day issues between departments to ensure smooth execution of project development tasks.Provide strategic and operational feedback related to Company plans, programs and services, or major issues which have significant timeline execution impacts. Collaborate, communicate and influence planning, decision making and financial governance.Manage expectations, explore, resolve and provide solutions to issues to ensure that programs and services are high quality and targeted to meet evolving needs.Other External Departments: Communicate with government officials as and when required .Monitor collaborative relationships and partnerships with other stakeholders. Establish networks to enable performance benchmarking, monitor industry trends and collaborate on common response to emerging issues
