A fast growing online home services startup is seeking an experienced operations/logistics supervisor to manage a fleet of 15 drivers and 150 cleaners.Responsibilities:-Assigning cleaners to bookings-Assigning bookings to drivers-Follow up with drivers to ensure timely drop off and pick up-Coordinate closely with customer support team to resolve customer complaints-Reconcile bookings with cash collections-Reporting level of daily utilization-Work closely with development team to automate processes-Other duties to be assigned by management-
