Job Description

The Operations Analyst is a passionate, problem-solving, inquisitive, meticulous, and organized individual with experience and interest in data-led stakeholder engagement and management. This team member has a minimum of two years of experience in engaging with civil society and donors, coordinating funding, and collecting / analyzing data. This thoughtful team member will help define and design strategic interventions in complex humanitarian and community environments, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and accountability. The Operations Analyst is committed to working with a deep sense of time criticalness, and both time and stress management to deliver with excellence. She / he will be working on a full-time basis and will be working on a variety of projects and missions run by The Zovighian Partnership. The successful candidate would need to be in a position to begin by no later than October 30, 2022.Working hours are generally on Mondays-Fridays from 9:00-18:00 when in Lebanon, with the flexibility to travel on a semi-frequent basis, especially in the Middle East.Key responsibilities

  • Help develop and maintain grants management tools, such as reporting calendars, templates and compliance guidance documents, building a culture of effective accountability where all stakeholders are aware of timelines, compliance needs, requirements, and values
  • Support the kick-off and closing of grant cycles and interventions with timely reporting, follow-ups, and stress-testing / validation of data collected.
  • Serve as a member of the grant committee to participate in the eligibility review of Round 1 coalitions, and the evaluation and selection of Round 2 and final awarded coalitions.
  • Support the high quality and time critical collection, consolidation, data cleaning, review / quality control, analysis, and documentation of mixed research methods (quantitative and qualitative) data in both Arabic and English.
  • Engage with civil society members by operating a customer service-centered communications / response protocol with quick turnarounds to online and offline queries in both Arabic and English.
  • Inform programmatic reviews and evaluations, and also ensure consistent documentation of program best practices and lessons learned.
  • Support the maintenance and expansion of a multi-stakeholder CRM system.
