Job Description

Cerra Automotive (SL) LTD, a leading automotive sales, service and repair center in Sierra Leone in AFRICA , is looking for an Operation Manager with a degree in Business and 3 to 4 years of experience.Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations
  • Following up on Clients Vehicles in Service Center
  • Dealing with Clients
  • Purchases of Spare Parts and Cash purchases related to Service Center
  • Maintenance of Compound
  • Control Administration and Commercial store
  • Fleet Management:
  • Supervising Drivers
  • Supervising the Fleet
  • Approving Towing Services and all payments
  • Generate daily / monthly report related to Fleet unit
  • Warehousing
  • Ensure that all stock is located in care in the warehouse
  • Ensure that all incoming deliveries are properly delivered and recorded in the ERP system
  • Approve and coordinate spare parts inventory transfers from warehouse to another warehouse
  • Supervise and plan monthly physical counts for operating stock; reconciling variances and inputting data.
  • Insure that selling prices defined in the system is within the management approved criteria
  • Tracking Unit
  • Assure the Proper Allocation of the Vehicle
  • Assist tracking Coordinator on producing on-demand reports
