Job Description

  • Send sales quotes to get the Franchisee approval
  • Ensuresÿtheÿfullÿrepresentationÿofÿdataÿforÿeach party:ÿFR,ÿSuppliers,ÿForwardersÿandÿWHÿto ensure a smooth coordination.ÿ
  • Follows up on shipments with forwarders.
  • Coordinates with theÿWarehouseÿfor allÿshipmentsÿthatÿrequireÿwarehousingÿtoÿensureÿthatÿproper conditions and standards are met
  • Preparesÿallÿrelatedÿdocumentsÿforÿshipping: invoices,ÿPL,ÿlabÿtests,ÿpermits,ÿandÿcargoÿdetails file.
  • Converts quotes to orders/PO and follows up with suppliers on orders.
