The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the quality of services provided meets the required standards. Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between receiving products, sales and distribution stages
  • Coordinate with pickers/packers respecting packages delivery time slots
  • Responding to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors regarding inventory
  • Ensuring that the quality of services provided meets the required standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor operations and shoppers? availability and distribution
  • Optimize Logistics Procedures & Processes
  • Validate Sales and Ops stats reports
  • Recommend Quarterly Action Plan to meet set value, goals & objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Business or Logistics
  • Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent communication and customer experience.
  • Attention to detail & timely follow up
