We seek a Leasing and sales manager to manage the sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue targets for furnished apartments and retail portfolio. We are looking for an individual with experience in retail sales and leasing (mainly restaurants) and hospitality (furnished apartment).Responsibilities include:Responsible for the sales & leasing of furnished apartment and retail spaces,Preparing and implementing sales strategies to keep vacancy at low levels, achieve sales and leasing targets.Keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, and average market prices.Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer to facilitate business and address any customer complaint.
