1.Conduct the general orientation and work closely with each department to develop specific induction programs for new recruits;2. Administer the performance review process, provide the needed support to line managers and analyze performance results and fluctuations;3. Assess internal training needs in coordination with the concerned line managers, prepare training plans covering all business units;4. Search for and select appropriate training providers, assess qualifications and/or quality of services, and update the Learning & Development database;5. Coordinate with internal trainers to develop internal training programs, provide support as deemed necessary and work continuously on updating and optimizing the trainings content;6. Administer training programs, monitor the effectiveness of delivered training programs and keep records of all conducted training for all employees;7. Assist in the implementation of rotational plans, participate in the design of career development programs for staff and ensure the needed tools are in place for their proper implementation;8. Conduct researches, carry out benchmarking activities, analyze data/figures and provide recommendations for new HR projects/initiatives;9. Nurture corporate culture and values and work on ad-hoc projects/initiatives that serve the Learning and Development strategy;10. Assess internal HRIMS, define business requirements to design new modules/reports that aim to enhance its efficiency, assist the IT developers in implementing improvements;11. Plan, prepare and carry out internal meetings and/or presentations, explain concepts, show facts, clarify HR related issues and provide necessary tools and methods.
