??Managing engineering related activities for the estimation department, including the agreement and control of engineering subcontractors, preparation of engineering deliverables, and evaluation of vendor submittals for mechanical equipment. Engineering support for areas whenever required.? Managing procurement related activities for the estimation department, including the preparation of request for quotations (RFQs) for mechanical equipment, coordination and follow-up with vendors for the submitted offers including all technical related matters. Equipment price and delivery negotiations. Procurement support for areas whenever required.? Preparation of company pre-qualification activities in all areas.? Prepare the Take-off for the different types of tenders: (Mechanical & piping, Steel structure, Pipeline, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Drainage and Infrastructure).? Assign man-hours for the developed take-off.? Perform Technical and commercial analyses for all the quotations received from suppliers & select the proper one.? Prepare project execution statements, vendor lists, subcontractor lists and all necessary documents required closing the technical submittal.? Coordinate with civil and electrical engineers assigned on the project to close the tender.? Liaise with the project planning engineer to prepare the project schedule.
