Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for: Attending to repairs and maintenance of all types of Kitchen equipment such as Extractor, Convection ovens, walk in cold-room and freezer rooms and other commercial/industrial Kitchen equipment Attending to pipe repairs or fitting work including minor plumbing job Assisting the maintenance engineer to prepare spare parts lists for the Kitchen equipment Using the appropriate safety clothing/ equipment and for following all Maintenance instructions laid down by the Chief Engineer Responding to a guest maintenance request within 15 minutes Ensuring that the Kitchen equipment, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy conditionIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: Technical or bachelor degree in related fields Minimum of 2 years experience in similar function
