Job Description

  • Act as a lead point of contact for all key client matters
  • Anticipate the client?s needs and ensure deadlines for the client are met
  • Handle the existing key accounts and manage client relationships
  • Act to acquire new customers and Identify opportunities to expand the business
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time
  • Ensure continuous updates and appropriate levels of product knowledge
