A reputable institution in Beirut is seeking to hire a Junior RecruiterMain Duties:

Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events
Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and seniority levels
Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Design, distribute and measure the results of outreaching to job-seekers and employers
Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates
Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.
