Job Description

Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):Under the direct supervision of the Digital Assistance Services Lead, the Developer will perform the following tasks:

  • Make technical and architectural decisions to ensure that the product is delivered efficiently and with clearly explained technical rationale
  • Develop and deliver high-quality code, under the supervision of the lead developer
  • Proactively collaborate with other team members as well as with the business users of the project
  • Build detailed project plants and timelines, including deliverables and milestones
  • Create the easy-to-read documentation of end-users as well as for support hand-over
  • Customize, implement, and validate corporate solutions for the Lebanon office
  • Engage with business users on their needs to document and implement change requests and resolve issues
  • Perform any other task as required
