  • Manage the whole process of website design and development, content creation and SEO
  • Develop and oversee the processes
  • Manage on-site, off-site and technical SEO teams
  • Manage design and development aspects for the website
  • Manage content planning and creation processes
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators for the team
  • Ensure proper resource planning and supervision of projects
  • Monitor the status of each project/product to ensure that the product will meet the release criteria
  • Create ongoing performance reporting and analysis of key SEO metrics
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content management
  • Experience in web project management
  • Advanced English
  • Understanding of on-site and off-site SEO techniques
  • Proven track record of successful search engine optimization
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience in website performance improvement
  • Experience with task/project management tools
  • Experience of working with main website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Alexa, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Compliance with deadlines
  • Great problem solver, ability to think fast in yet unknown situations
