Role Purpose:Roles at this level are typically involved in routine daily tasks under close supervision providing day to day assistance and service to end-users.Key Accountabilities: 1.????Work closely with end-users to support them and provide them with the requested IT software/hardware installations. 2.????Seek guidance on non-routine problems and escalate problems that cannot be resolved promptly in order to minimize non-availability. 3.????Keep administrative/functional supervisor informed of problems so that appropriate action can be planned. 4.????Ensure that assigned work area is kept in a clean and orderly state in order that work can be carried out more efficiently. Comply strictly with approved HSE practices and procedures in carrying out own duties.
