Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for planning, development and implementation of hardware, software applications, programming, systems network, business report and dashboard development, and integration of a management information system and Enterprise resource Planning system

  1. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Performs daily operational work, support, and maintenance activities: IT Systems, Applications, and Database Administration.
  • Handles Tier 2 support issues which include:
  1. Managing users accounts, status, privileges.
  2. Receiving users? queries and resolving problems.
  3. Tracing systems problems, and coordinating with vendor to resolve errors.
  4. Maintaining, managing, and updating user and corporate software.
  • Designs, monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots IT systems.
  • Supervises backups, digital security, and ensures all anti-viruses, PCs, Servers, and firewalls are regularly backed-up and updated.
  • Builds MIS reports and supports business intelligence requirements.
  • Interprets, briefs and develops IT systems and solutions that meet all specifications and requirements.
  • Analyzes existing operations, reports, processes, and makes plans for improvement and data reporting.
  • Assists with training and on boarding processes.
  • Change management process and Application configuration changes or new service packs or releases provided by vendor.
