Purpose of Position: The ERP Specialist is responsible for the development,implementation and maintenance of the ERP system that support the companybusiness areas such as Logistics, Quality & Operations, and?Essential Functions of Position:Specific:?????????Lead the analysis,modeling, standardization, streamlining and implementation of the planningsystems.?????????Guarantee the bestperformance of ERP applications and support systems for the facility and theadministration?????????Relies onextensive experience and judgment to plan and guide all levels of the business.?????????Communicateissues and provide recommendations for improvement to accomplish goals.?????????Work with team tostandardize ERP reporting from analysis, development specifications and liaisonto the development group.?????????Customizes andconfigures system to allow the integration of client/server applications.?????????Support innovationand organizational change to improve effectiveness?????????Direct and leadplanning efforts for the implementation of new ERP applications, upgrades, andsystem changes.?????????Serve onRequest for Proposal committees in partnership with operational owners.?????????Oversee thedevelopment and implementation of training for new ERP Systems employees.QUALITY?????????Offer ideas forimprovement of all systems and help implement them?????????Understandcustomer needs and work towards meeting and exceeding them?
