Job Description

Areeba is looking for an IT Auditor responsible for providing independent and objective assurance with regards to the Company?s technological infrastructure and systems in place. Duties include identifying any IT issues related to security and risk management.Responsibilities

  • Developing a risk-based IT audit plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best IT practices.
  • Assessing risks before and after any IT system or application implementation or enhancement.
  • Conducting audit missions and submitting reports covering systems, applications and IT processes.
  • Performing IT security audits including security vulnerabilities identification and mitigation.
  • Reviewing IT policies and procedures.
  • Assessing and enhancing the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery.
  • Reviewing data and information controls.
  • Follow-up on recommendations and its implementation.
  • Improving audit tools and control processes.
