communication with clients & suppliers: follow up, invoices, payments ... -Tracking process from order to delivery to ensure a smooth production and delivery process. -requesting quotations -handling customer requests -maintaining good customer relation -producing sales reports ? landline operator - maintaining client records and updating client database -inventory check and update -invoices in coordiantion with accountant, petty cash -follow up and answer press request -follow up on legal docs -follow up on teams holidays and absence -update and prepare sales documents -social media updates (facebook, instagram, linked in) -in house website updates?- furniture and interior design ability is a plus
