A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit an Import and Export Coordinator.Main Duties:

Monitor import and export shipments from departure till arrival.
Assure arrival of cargo to place of delivery and Update clients accordingly.
Check shipment documents such as Invoice, Packing list and Bill of lading.
Ensure all required documents are correct.
Follow-up the clearance process for each shipment.
Check and coordinate with customers regarding cargo delivery, offloading and loading containers.
Assist customers and present the best services that suite them, in regards of rate, free demurrage, transit time and other.
