A reputable Institution in Beirut is seeking to hire an HR Specialist.Main Duties:

Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events.
Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and levels.
Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Host and participate in job fairs.
Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends implements changes to the recruitment process.
Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.
