A well reputed Institution is looking for an experienced HR Director to head their human resources department, contribute to their strategic plan development and implementation and be part of their executive team.?Human Resources Director Job Overview

  • Participating in the development of the Institutions strategic plan and formulating its goals and budget along with the executive team.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to human resources, recruitment, training, staff evaluation and motivation, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Managing the recruitment process to ensure an inflow of qualified applicants for the various departments and the delivery of staff orientation programs.
  • Updating job descriptions and staff appraisal processes across the organization and supporting department heads while performing appraisals and other HR related functions.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Researching salary levels and recommending changes to the salary scale in the organization as necessary.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Proposing training and staff development plans.
  • Implementing applicable local laws pertaining to social security and other government agencies and supervising the preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Participating in the selection and implementation of new payroll and HR software.
