Job Description

A reputable hotel located in Beirut is seeking a Receptionist Intern to support their team.The company is committed to provide interns with hands-on experience that will prepare them for their future careers.ÿResponsibilities include:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the hotel and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms, and assist them with any requests they may have during their stay.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from guests and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments, and communicate any changes to guests and other hotel staff.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other members of the hotel staff.
Duration: 1 month.Time Schedule: flexible.Location: On-site.Compensation: Not Paid. Transportation only.
