Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Support and advise internal teams on legal issues including legal risks.
Liaise with external lawyers in Lebanon and abroad and follow up on the legal cases and matters that were handed to them.
Monitor any change in the laws and communicate internally, accordingly assisting when needed in procedure trading and internal trainings.
Establish & supervise the creation of new companies and ensure that all company?s records are in good standing and up to date.
Write down the minutes of the shareholders and board of directors meetings.
Attends, pleads & manages cases in court.
Prepares statements and reports of legal issues related to the Group.
Follow-up of litigations of the Group before the Courts.
Supervise and follows up on all claims.
Perform any Mission requested by the GM.
