Job Description

  • Assist Ocean Freight Manager to set the department BP & Budget.
  • Build strong relation with our vendors/shipping lines/NVOs /forwarders
  • Consistently work o securing best competitive rates
  • Respond to customers/ CS/ Sales rates request
  • Qualify vendors to deal with
  • Target potential key accounts
  • Work hand in hand with the CS/Sales to achieve the Department plan
  • Handle all required communication for shipments processing for Non CS owned customers
  • Keep updated rates data base for frequent & top origins
  • Meet the set KPI for billing & closing the files
  • Monitor payment status for every shipment
  • Adhere to our document retention policies.
