The Guest Relations Officer role will suit an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mind, who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling start-up. This could be your opportunity to join a high growth and dynamic growing start-up and compete with your skills, experience, and exposure to build yourself and build the company at the same time.?????????Own online platform accounts in terms of creating new listings and maintaining/updating current listings.?????????Respond to potential guest inquiries on a timely basis via different booking channels and provide all required information.?????????Coordinate with confirmed guests prior to check-in by sharing check-in instructions, providing local recommendations and answering any inquiries/concerns.?????????Conduct guest check-ins/ greetings.?????????Act as the sole point of contact between Local Host and the guests and accommodate guest requests and needs within the hour.?????????Coordinate any repairs required on properties.?????????Coordinate with the different departments as required (Purchasing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Finance, Sales & Marketing).
