Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As a Guest Relations Agent, You will responsible for : ? Reporting directly to and communicates with Department Head on all pertinent matters affecting guest satisfaction? Interacting and cooperating with hotel guests as appropriate? Greeting and welcoming all guests at any time in a friendly and helpful manner? Being aware of enrolment target and potential guests for upselling? Ensuring a thorough working knowledge of Opera and have attended the appropriate Opera trainingIdeally, you will have some or all of the following competencies and experience we are looking for: ? Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields? 2 to 4 years of Experience in a Five star hotel, preferably in guest contact departments? Customer Service Orientation? Solid spoken and written English communication skills
