Job Description

????????Act as the ?Hostess? of the service center.????????Greet the customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.????????Serve refreshments to the customers in the waiting area and check on them regularly.????????Follow up on cars delivery: delay, confirmation.????????Gather daily job cards to monitor: taxi stamp, signed quotation, etc.????????RO data: verify the customer data before uploading it on ASAS by head of reception.????????Handle the appointments/walk ins operation at the reception.????????Make sure the Radio and Screen monitor are operating during working hours.????????Maintains cleanliness of waiting area and front office.

  • Make sure the magazines are available and updated on the seating table.
  • Maintains all marketing POS material in good conditions and report any discrepancy to the marketing department to fix it.
????????Takes absence if anyone had to leave the company or is sick and inform the HR Dpt.????????Coordinate car transportations with other branches and keep record by email.????????Collect stationnery needs.????????Monitor the marketing campaigns and report on the STR and media source to the Marketing Dpt.????????Arrange with Marketing Dpt. for decorations on special occassions.
  • Takes written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
  • Maintains a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene and dress. Follows the company dress code.
  • Identifies ways to improve operations and customer service and communicate them to the CRM & Service Managemnt department.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures. Notifies supervisor of any illegal activity.
  • Assist the Service management in reporting.
  • Replace the cashier during lunch time and on holidays.
