Job Description

  • Set and communicate behavioral and performance expectations and accountability to meet production, quality, and delivery requirements within budget.
  • Coordinate and support product launch activities along with the Program Manager.
  • Promote Lean, continuous improvement and TPEM culture through establishment, monitoring, and review of goals on a regular basis.
  • Develop a robust process to reduce waste and address quality issues Ensure training standards are defined and met.
  • Prepare and recommend budgets for capital requirements and cost reductions.
  • Reviews production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
