The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company and is responsible for providing a positive and professional impression to all visitors, clients, and employees. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the front desk and overall office environment.ÿKey Responsibilities:1. Greeting and Welcoming:- Welcome visitors and clients as they arrive at the office.- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.- Ensure a positive first impression through a friendly and professional demeanor.2. Answering and Directing Calls:- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.ÿ3. Visitor Management:- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).ÿ4. Customer Service:- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely andÿefficient manner.- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients and visitors.5.
