Job Description

  • Ensure system is updated as per schedules activities.
  • Print and Dispatch sales order as per scheduled activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database of finished goods on JD Edwards.
  • Complete weekly stock taking of the warehouse.
  • Organize material in the warehouse by production and expiration dates.
  • Review delivery orders and prepare & handover ordered materials to the delivery section.ÿÿÿ
  • Monitor and verify delivered and returned orders.
  • Receive materials and goods and ensure that received materials are as per the purchasing and delivery orders (quantity, production & expiry dates.)
  • Store received materials and goods in the allocated locations in the warehouse
  • Physical Inventories (daily and weekly)
